Our Beer

We craft two types of beer: typical and üntypical.

Typical

We brew true-to-style German beer that exemplified what great German beer should taste like. Beer like our Straight Outta Munich Helles, Pilsner, Dunkel Platz, Theresa's Meadow Hefeweizen, and more, are elevated examples of typical German beer.

Üntypical

We like to push the boundaries of your expectation of beer. We will often integrate German brewing components into newer styles that redefine...Beer such as our Isar Haze (Hazy IPA + Hefeweizen Fusion), Thai Chili Lime Berliner Weisse, or Vicarious West Coast IPA expand the definition of beer.
